Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns of unused items within 90 days of delivery. If it is outside of that window you will need to contact us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us to receive return instructions and the return address.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong lid for your tank, we can arrange an exchange.
You will be responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Any price difference between items
Shipping costs for the replacement item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo and we will replace or correct the issue at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or modified items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
