Processing Time
All orders are made to order and typically ship within 1–5 business days.
Shipping Rates
We offer:
Flat-rate shipping of $8.95 on US orders under $100
Flat-rate shipping of $18.95 on Canadian orders
Free shipping on US orders of $100 or more
Canadian orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage, or handling fees. Any additional fees charged upon import are the responsibility of the recipient.
Transit Time
US orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.
Canadian orders may take up to approximately 14 business days in transit, although many arrive sooner. Customs processing may occasionally cause additional delays.
Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS. UPS may be used for larger or heavier orders.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
